Our Six Cheese Ravioli blends the best Italian cheeses: ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, mozzarella and provolone with fresh basil and oregano and a touch of fresh garlic for an authentic taste.

Our Portabella Mushroom Ravioli are a savory mix of sauteed portabella mushrooms with fresh herbs, garlic, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

As the seasons change and our local farms start harvesting different crops, we will also have limited runs of seasonal ravioli. Look for:

  • Tender Asparagus Ravioli: Succulent asparagus folded into creamy ricotta with fresh herbs and garlic. Available in spring.
  • Creamy Spinach Ravioli: Delicious spinach mixed with ricotta, parmesan, romano & basil, all wrapped up in a beautiful green dough. What a way to eat spring!
  • Spring Beet Ravioli With Chevre and Pea Filling. Funky purple beet pasta filled with a creamy chevre and spring pea filling. Available in spring.
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli: Rustic butternut squash stuffed ravioli. Available in the fall and winter.
